It’s finally starting to feel like Spring and getting warmer out so Dane and I have been craving something fresh and healthy. We recently checked out an amazing Vegan food event and discovered Heart of Palm ceviche…we fell in love. We still adore our shrimp version but on those days you want to stick to veggies, this is just as satisfying!
