Ingredients (2TBS per 1 pound of beef):
- 1 TBS chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp paprika (or smoked paprika, if you want an extra smoky flavor)
- ½ -1 tsp kosher salt (depending on if you are watching your sodium intake)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Use 2 TBS per 1 pound of ground beef. Or sprinkle on chicken, steak, shrimp, or pork before BBQing/grilling.
